Dujac Romanee St Vivant

The Dujac Romanee St Vivant's are Magic in the Making

We are excited to offer a rare selection of Dujac Romanee St. Vivant Magnums and 6pk OC's!

To find or even acquire these takes quite an effort – with a production of two barrels annually it is a scarce bird indeed.

Dujac wines are intimate interpretations of some of the most celebrated sites on earth.

Dujac was founded in 1968 by Jacques Seysses, who learned his craft from the likes of Aubert de Villaine from Domaine de la Romanée-Conti and Charles Rousseau of Domaine Armand Rousseau.  Jeremy Seysses took the reigns from his father in 2001 and took his craft to the next level learning from Christophe Roumier.

Jeremy does everything right: organic farming and whole cluster fermentation in concrete vats. The wines speak for themselves and William Kelley hits it spot on with his 2018 review:

"The 2018 Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru was showing brilliantly, soaring from the glass with a complex bouquet of wild berries, red plums, rose petals, smoked duck and rich soil tones. On the palate, it's full-bodied, fine-boned and elegant, with a deep and concentrated core, lively acids and immensely attractive structural refinement."

These large formats are extremely rare and extremely well-priced. We have the only cases of 2016, 2018, and 2019 in the US.

Secure your Dujac magic in the bottle today!

2016 Romanee St. Vivant

"The 2016 Romanée Saint Vivant Grand Cru has a sensual, quixotic bouquet with macerated small red cherries, blueberry, a light marine influence developing in the glass. This offers haunting purity, a real femme fatale. It’s actually more like a Richebourg in style as it broadens and deeps with aeration. The palate is medium-bodied with supple tannin, fine acidity, not quite as sensual as the Bonnes-Mares with a tender, lightly spiced finish. This is just ridden with class.

2019 Romanee St. Vivant

"There are a mere 600 liters of the brilliant 2019 Romanée-Saint-Vivant Grand Cru, a striking wine that soars from the glass with scents of blackberries, rose petals, violets, woodsmoke and orange rind. Full-bodied, velvety and expansive, it's layered and textural, with a vibrant core of fruit, beautifully refined tannins and a long, perfumed finish."
