A highly spiced, layered and utterly beguiling nose of sous bois, warm earth and a hint of gaminess leads to delicious and fully resolved middle weight flavors that are now fully resolved and the texture is such that they dance across the palate before culminating in a stunningly long and mouth coating finish. This is really classy juice that is near perfection in a glass. In a word, brilliant. By the way, I would be drinking this up over the next decade or so because while it's by no means fragile at present, it may very well become so in time.
