"Moderate wood influence is present on the vaguely exotic aromas of petrol, spice, lemon-lime and various white-fleshed fruit. There is outstanding density and evident power and minerality suffusing the big-bodied flavors that culminate in a wonderfully long and bone-dry yet not especially austere finale. This is quite compact and certainly has the stuffing to repay 10 to 15 years of keeping yet I suspect that it could be reasonably approached after only 5-ish years if you don't wish to wait." - Burghound, BH(92-95), tasted 6/2025
