"My favorite of the Fairchild offerings is the 2019 Cabernet Sauvignon Stones No. 3, which comes from Oakville's Tench Vineyard (adjacent to Screaming Eagle). This wine has a lovely nose that's just slightly lifted and floral, with licorice-like spice accents to the notes of cassis and crushed stone.
