"Sophie and her brother Sébastien craft this bottling exclusively from grapes from the lieu-dit Echézeaux du Dessus. Carefully fermented before being racked into cask for ageing (with a fair number of new barrels), they have produced a robust example typical of the appellation with ripe cassis and fig fruit, plus hints of earth and leather.
