"Medium red. Reticent but highly nuanced nose offers minerals, menthol and a rose petal perfume. Thick and sweet but lively, with sappy, sharply delineated red berry and mineral flavors. Still youthfully backward, with rather tough tannins, but likely to reward six to eight years of aging.
