"This remains relatively primary though there are hints of secondary aromas creeping into the ever-so-mildly exotic and soft oaked nose of honeysuckle, white peach, pain grillé, citrus blossom and green apple. The refined medium weight plus flavors possess outstanding mid-palate density and power before culminating in a stunningly intense, stony and hugely long finish. For my taste this beauty could still benefit from another 2 to 4 years of bottle age but it's no longer so young that it would be a crime to open a bottle.
