"A blend of 72% Cabernet Sauvignon and 28% Cabernet Franc sourced entirely from the Beckstoffer To Kalon vineyard, the 2011 Cabernet Sauvignon Beckstoffer To Kalon is medium to deep garnet with a hint of purple. It gives vibrant black and blue fruits, herbs and earth with hints of meats and wood smoke with lavender and bay leaves nuances.
